Our main goal is to promote Nepali handicrafts in the international market. We are capable of meeting any maximum order in a given time frame but a prior 3 months plan is required.

INFORMATION FOR INTERESTED RETAILERS

• Interested wholesalers or resellers will have to provide us with their company details, business profile information, and business history.
• If wholesalers or resellers have any inquiries regarding the products we provide 3 days information session via Google Meet.
• An appointment needs to be fixed for the sessions and each session will last for 1 hour.
• Time schedule for the information session is between 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Nepal time (GMT+5:45).
• If any interested reseller or wholesaler would like to represent and deal our products in their respective regions under our company, they will have to sign a contract and a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) of 5 years.
• The representing resellers or wholesalers will be provided with special discounts on the agreed products until the expiry of the 5-year contract and MOU.
• After the duration of 5 years, the contracts and MOUs have to be revised by both companies and reapproved.
• Samples will be provided for free but its shipping charge will have to be covered by the interested buyer.
• In case of damage, the products will be replaced in the next order or shipment.
• There is a replacement for damaged items but no refund and exchanges are offered.

TO PLACE WHOLESALE ORDERS

• 30% of the total cost will have to be paid via wire transfer for order confirmation.
• After the initial 30% down payment, your order will start getting prepared.
• When the products are complete, we will send you the proof of the items readiness.
• Then, the remaining 70% of the payment had to be transferred.
• When we receive the wired amount we will ship the products to you via commercial shipping.

SHIPPING DETAILS

• Orders below 200 kgs. Will be shipped via air express.
• Orders over 200 kgs. Will be shipped via Air Cargo to your nearest airport.
• We are well equipped to handle Container Shipments for bulk orders.
• Minimum wholesale purchase requirement has to be fulfilled.
• Wholesale purchase of $500 per order, please.
• There is no free shipping for wholesale orders.
• Wholesale orders are not eligible for any coupons or special offers.
• Replacement of damaged items.
